ALL ORDERS WILL BE DELIVERED IN 3-5 WORKING DAYS
All orders placed before 12:00 on a week day, will be dispatched within 48 hours. Should the order be placed on a Friday or the day before a public holiday, then the order will be dispatched on the very next week day at the latest.
Once an order is placed, a confirmation will be sent via e-mail. The confirmation will contain all the information relevant to the order.

DOOR-TO-DOOR DELIVERY
This service is only available to customers within the Johannesburg//Pretoria area.
SPORTSTUFF makes use of an outsourced, specialist courier company and cannot be held liable in any way, for damage or loss of any items once in transit. Also, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct shipping address was entered on the order.
COUNTER-TO-COUNTER DELIVERY
This is the default service for customers based outside of Johannesburg/Pretoria and surrounding areas. SPORTSTUFF will ship the customer’s order to their nearest Post Office Counter and provide the customer with tracking details for collection from their nearest Post Office Counter.
COUNTRY WIDE COURIER DELIVERY
This service is available to customer’s based outside of the Johannesburg/Pretoria area.
SPORTSTUFF makes use of an outsourced, specialist courier company and cannot be held liable in any way, for damage or loss of any items once in transit. Also, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct shipping address was entered on the order.
Refund and Return Policy
The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, the provider will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% charge for administration costs.
The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.

Updating of these Terms and Conditions
Provider reserves the rights to change, modify, add or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the Website for changes or updates.
